We're looking for juniors who enjoy shooting, and like to score rounds. Leicestershire and Rutland have a fantastic reputation for our junior archers, but we want to make it even better. It doesn't matter how experienced you are, we need you!

Please let us know of any scores you shoot during the year, as this lets us see how well you're doing. The ones we're most interested in are the Bristol and Metric rounds that have 12 dozen arrows, but please let us know of any others you do. Please send all scores to the Junior Rep (juniors@lrcaa.org). The Juniors Rounds Guide shows appropriate rounds for different age groups.

If you enjoy shooting and scoring and show us how good you are then you may be invited to join the Junior Development Squad (JeDiS), or even the county team. Some of you may feel that you wouldn't be good enough to make this level, but the team gains new members every year and the next one COULD BE YOU…

The Junior sub-committee consists of:

  • James Browne - Junior Rep

  • Carol Smith

  • Colin Timson - Coach

  • Jayne Curnock - Coach

Please see the JeDiS Flyer for more information.
