Claiming County Records

Rounds marked as club  

Rounds marked as club can be shot at any tournament or club target day where GNAS rules of shooting are observed, at a club target day the round must have been scored and witnessed by another archer senior or junior shooting the round with the claimant, the claim must include the original score sheet or a photo copy and must be endorsed by a club officer as follows: - shot on a club target day under GNAS rules of shooting and entered into the club records book.  Signed by the club officer, the witnessing archer and the archer claiming the record.

 Rounds marked as 2 clubs

For a 2 club claim the shoot must be ran to GNAS rules of shooting it must be a properly organised shoot between at least two clubs (although there is no fixed number of archers) the shoot must be recorded in both (all) clubs minutes and proper score sheets used and also a result sheet produced .The claim can then be submitted to the records officer on the correct claim form together with the signed score sheet or the result sheet within the six week time limit.

 All County record claims must be accompanied by official result sheet and /or signed and witnessed score sheet.
